How to Register for ArtsPrep

Summer Session runs June 12 - August 8, 2010 

All programs and classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. 
Additional classes may be offered as dictated by the needs and demands of our students.

Registration Procedures:

All registrations must be accompanied by a completed Registration Form, available on-line here. Registrations will not be considered complete until the “ArtsPrep Registration Form” has been received by the ArtsPrep office and payment has been made in full.  This includes all who are using Tri-C remission of fees.

You must call 216-987-6145 to ACTIVATE your registration.

Registration and Payment may be made in the following ways:

By Mail:

Send a completed “ArtsPrep Registration Form” with a personal check made payable to

or credit card payment to:

By Email:

Send a completed “ArtsPrep Registration Form” with credit card payment only to ArtsPrep@tri-c.edu

By Telephone:

Registrations can be taken over the phone with credit card payment only @ 216-987-6145.

By Fax:

A completed Registration Form can be sent with credit card payment only to 216-987-4186.  

Please call 216-987-6145 to confirm your registration is completed.

In Person:

Registrations can be taken at the ArtsPrep office on the Metro Campus in the Center for Creative Arts – Room MCCA 109.  In person payment can be made with personal check, credit card, or cash.

Tri-C Employees Remission of Fees:

For Tri-C employees only, “Remission of Fees” is available for all ArtsPrep offerings.  Download the Remission of Instructional Fees form here.  In order for your registration to be considered complete, you must submit to the ArtsPrep office a completed “ArtsPrep Registration Form” along with a copy of your completed and approved “Remission of Instructional Fees Form”.  Your admission in a class or lesson will not be authorized until this process is completed.  

One of the valuable benefits Cuyahoga Community College offers its employees and their dependents is Tuition Remission.  With this importance, the College is centralizing the processing of tuition remission for all eligible employees except for adjunct faculty.

 

Effective Monday, May 10, 2010, Pat Slifka will be responsible for the approval of all tuition remission requests for all employee groups except for adjunct faculty.  Adjunct faculty tuition remission will continue to be reviewed and approved by the Evening/Weekend offices. 

 

Pat is located at the District Office and can be reached at ext. 3498.

 

To ensure that your requests are processed in a timely manner, please note the following:

 

·         Information on eligibility and the tuition remission form can be accessed on the Remission of Fees information page located within the Benefits section of the Employee Links channel on My Tri-C Space.

·         Complete the Application for Remission of Instructional Fees form in its entirety including your employee classification.  The form should include your signature and the signature of your supervisor.

·         Send your completed form to Pat Slifka by either of the following:

o   Fax to extension 4827, or

o   Scan and email to Pat at patricia.slifka@tri-c.edu

·         When sending your completed form, please indicate whether the approved form should be returned by email or fax.

 

Pat will review your form and respond within 48 hours.  Based on your preference, Pat will either scan the form and email back to you or will fax to the number you provided.

 

To ensure your approval runs smoothly, please keep in mind the above items and the 48 hours turnaround time when enrolling for courses.
